I use this store reasonably often, that includes Amazon returns and their notary service with 0 issues. On this particular day I needed to get something notarized and have had this exact document notarized at this particular store in the past. I was helped by the manager who felt the need to inform me that she had worked for the company for 20 years that they could/would NOT notarize it because it was from out of state. So I did some digging, calling and discover there shouldn't have been a problem with them notarizing my document. I fell like the lady was just being lazy. I ended up getting it done for FREE very close by.

We use UPS stores all over the country regularly for our business. This is, hands down, the best. Staff are perpetually friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. You can tell they genuinely care about what you need, and they do an amazing job--every time. It also just feels good walking into this place....It's unfailingly clean, organized, stocked with the odds and ends to get your job done, and somehow always projects good vibes. If I could, I would give six stars for customer service. It's unlikely an issue would ever come up for you at this store. But if it does, staff will do everything they can to make it right. We just recently had a package that was 2 day air, but arrived late. It wasn't the store's fault--yet MJ, the store owner, chose to credit our account without us even asking. Every employee at this store has the same care and consideration as its owner. And it shows.

This is my local spot and I usually have a good experience especially this a dark haired young man. Today I went in and wanted to mail a Father’s Day card. I had a forever stamp placed already but it was heavy so I was prepared to pay the difference. He weighed it and sure enough it was overweight for a single stamp. I asked to say for a single additional stamp or the difference somehow when a RUDE Asian woman interrupted with laughter! “ We don’t sell individual stamps here” hardly able to contain herself at my expense. I don’t know the rules for this…pardon my ignorance, I thought. I thanked her for laughing at my expense and left. You never know what someone is going through, be kind.

This is the second time i have used this store and the customer service is 100 %! Duncan was super professional and also very kind and friendly. Also noticed the other employees Ankara and MJ were also exceptional with their customers. Keep up the good work!

I was straight up lied to? I just shipped commissioned art work that had a deadline. I told the employee that package I was sending needed to be there by a certain date and was told that it would get there in time or a day earlier. But now it is not arriving until 3 days after the date I requested. When I called customer service for help they said that it was never going to get there by the date I requested, because the employee only charged me for the slowest shipping. Had I known this, I would have paid more for faster shipping but I was not given that option, just told it would arrive by that date. And now UPS refuses to do anything correct their mistake. I know the holidays are busy, but my requested arrival date was after the 25th and I was under the impression I was paying for the shipping service that would get it there in time. Extremely frustrating.
