One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. The wait was unreasonably long, but what made the experience truly disappointing was the attitude of the staff. They were rude, impatient, and appeared bothered by customers asking for assistance. I also witnessed an older woman struggling to make a simple copy. Rather than offering basic courtesy or empathy, the employees seemed uninterested in helping her. It was uncomfortable to watch and completely contrary to what customer service should look like. Professionalism, patience, and respect cost nothing, yet they were noticeably absent during my visit. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I sincerely hope management addresses these issues before more customers have similar experiences. A business can recover from long wait times; it is much harder to recover from customers feeling disrespected.

Today is 5/27/26 I came to pick up my page because the mailing address was wrong, so I paid them to send it to the store. I walk in there was 2 people at the deck as Customer service representative one of them was a girl (details: jet black hair , glasses, ) no more then between 18-23 of age. The guy that was a CSR was handling a customer, i was going to wait for him because he seem to be the one handling the cash register. He looked at her , the she looked at me turn head til back and said- no 😐😏. They laughed like it was just something to do... I didn't even do anything, but its all good. I got my stuff and left, I was already having a bad day... but that was just extra 😔 Ps:god stop sending me these test, im can't keep doing this.

I received EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE from JOSHUA-DAVID!! He is a TOP-NOTCH PROFESSIONAL!! He's pleasant, respectful, helpful, and so efficient and skilled at his job!! I observed the way he greeted and interacted with each customer and he's absolutely amazing!! Overall, JOSHUA-DAVID should be recognized for his professionalism, work ethic, and exceptional customer service skills!!

Today is November 29. 2025. I at the UPS Store and it’s not open. It doesn’t have a note on the door saying that it’s closed. The hours are saying that it should be open, but it’s not. I wasted my time coming down here. No one is answering the phone or anything. I love going to the one that’s near the Roosevelt Road. I can’t stand this Hogan one. This is not the first time I came here and it was close when it should be open.

There are thieves and scammers working within the organization. My mom sent me a care package (worth over $300) before I start my chemotherapy. She paid the over $150 2nd Day Air fee and was guaranteed that the package would arrive by 10:30a on the 2nd Day ( from Palm Coast, FL to Cumming, GA). Within the 1st 48 hours of shipping, we noticed that the package was still in Jacksonville, Florida (which is a 1 hr drive from Palm Coast). We called customer service and they are not sure why but assured us the package we would still be there on time. Thats strange because it was scheduled to be delivered by 10:30a the day it left Jacksonville, FL at 8:03a. The next morning we checked and the package was now moving but was in Atlanta now well after the guaranteed time. Needless to say, we didn't get our package that day. On day 3, we saw that the package arrived on Buford, GA however 2 hours later, we received a notification that the package is missing and that a claim has been filed. Another notification stated that the box was empty and the box was discarded. Being that this is our 1st time doing this, it was a very disheartening and overwhelming experience. I really needed that package as there was food and medication that I needed to help me throughout my chemotherapy treatment journey. The fact that someone at the UPS Buford facility opened up the package and took what was inside is cruel and evil. Than made the decision amongst themselves to file a claim without our approval is disappointing. I hope UPS look into this matter and take it very seriously and hold all individuals involved accountable.
