I had used this store one time for shipping a small item a year ago, and I recalled it being a quick and reasonably-priced experience with friendly service. Unfortunately, I went back recently to try and ship a medium box (about 1' × 1', under 10 pounds) and had a very different experience. First, the associate at the desk (young man with glasses) seemed to have trouble understanding me and very quickly became frustrated and short, saying "No sir, I need YOUR address, I need YOUR address where you live" when that's exactly what I'd just told him. Then I was told the best possible rate for my destination was over $57. I laughed and asked them to double-check, as I wasn't looking for an express or overnight delivery, and they insisted that not only was that the best possible rate, but that other stores would "charge over $100" for my delivery. I went to the nearest USPS office instead- about a 5 minute drive- and they were able to do that delivery for under $30 with insurance and signature confirmation included. Maybe FedEx or another courier would have indeed tried to charge me over $100, but I'm very glad I checked the post office instead! Long story short: I don't know if maybe the associate who was trying to help me made a mistake or if their rates are genuinely this expensive, but in the future, I will absolutely be going to USPS first even though it's a longer drive for me.

Always a friendly staff to greet and take packages. Able to drop off UPS and USPS which is amazing. I go here all the time and haven't had 1 issue.

They charged me my box for an Amazon return. Everyone knows if it’s Amazon return at an ups store, you don’t need a box. Mind you my item was already in my Amazon bag and they still charged me. Ever since I just drive to a different store.

I have been coming to this UPS location for 3 years now, regularly. I have received the best customer service from every single person there! Mostly returning Amazon packages but I have started going through them versus the USPS for sending out personal packages. I had very important documents to send out, and UPS exceeded my arrival expectations and delivered them in the morning. This is a great location!

It shouldn’t be hard to deliver a Package To a location that was literally 10 minutes away on time. I specifically stated that I needed it delivered the next day, overnight. That is what I paid for. Well, it was delivered in two days. This is crazy important? This is an important document that must have been delivered on time. What a failure. I literally only went to them because FedEx was out of the way. However, I will never go to UPS again. It’s worth it to pay FedEx because they can actually do their job right. Never had a bad experience with FedEx.
