This location always closes early. They don't stick to their posted hours, especially on weekends. I went to this location to send a package to my friend… they changed the tracking number from what was provided on my receipt. I had to call the store to see what was going on with tracking not pulling up. I ended up having to call twice and they gave me a completely different tracking number over the phone. Sketch, wouldn't trust again. Edit: I've lived in this neighborhood for years and the guy who works there used the same "hours were just updated, not reflected on google yet" excuse over two years ago, as i showed up and he was locking the door. I pointed out that the posted hours on the door say they should be open and he shrugged and said they weren't updated yet either... so this dude is ~full of it~ As far as my package making it to my friend...... i wouldn't know if every single thing in that gift package made it to my friend. What i do know is that your people asked me what is in the package, I told them & then my tracking number changed after i left the store.

Some people are having problems with store opening. I was told they are trying to update the hours on website to reflect proper opening times. Store hours I was told is 9 am, Monday- Friday. I have 9 items dropped off today. I was assisted from the first item to the last one. Stephanie was helpful and kind. Sasha is friendly. Music on the background plays upbeat worship songs. Experience has always been good at this branch.

This location has AMAZING customer service. We had to ship a 100 lb piece of equipment , Fed X told us we had to call the freight division and they would not pack it up. This UPS store packed and shipped for us! In addition they have an AMAZON ship station, easy and fast. I highly recommend this joyful, happy UPS location. They will go out of their way for you!

Closest one near me that opens before I go to work. Thought the reviews about opening and closing were small issues but they really make their own schedule here. Been here since 6:50am. Someone else pulled up at 7:10am. Still dark inside the store.

I got here at 8:44 AM. Their website and Google both say they open at 7 AM, but they’re closed. The placard by the door that should show their hours is blank. There were two of us here waiting for them.
