Visited this ups Store I had a wonderful experience the staff in there are amazing!! Very nice and kind. Very vlean and well kept. I highly recommend this store. Fast & efficient love it. I vis6a lot of stores by far this is the best most pleasant UPS Store I've ever went to. Please check them out.

I have a business account and typically use a different location. I needed to use this location and the customer service over the phone was horrible and they told me they charge 3.50 for asking for the email because if we send things to the email and don’t pick up it’s an inconvenience for them. This store needs more training and solid policies that actually make sense.

This location greet you when you walk through the door. They are very professional, courteous, friendly, and very pleasant. I love going in that store. They do everything they can to make your visit rememberable.

By far the best UPS store I have ever visited. Upon entering the store on my first visit, the owner happily greeted me and was excited I chose his store that day. Amazingly nice guy and great staff. This is my go-to shipping store now.

Thank you guys for being a professional store. I used to go to the one on yellow bluff but their new staff just doesn’t cut it and it’s further away. You’ve gained a new customer!
