This store is a poor representation of UPS stores in Florida. I stopped in to drop off A postage Paid, 4“ x 6“ box for my business. The label was already on it and it only had to be scanned to be shipped. I got out of my car and pulled on the door at 3:58 PM and the door was locked. I tapped on the door and the customers looked at me, but the manager who was 6 feet from the door, shook her head and told me that she was closed. I told her that it’s not yet 4 o’clock and she shook her head and walked away and said “No we’re closed!” and put her hand up as if to dismiss me. As I was walking away, one of the workers came to the door to let out a customer and told me that she wasn’t allowed to take my package and scan it because the lady who told me no was the manager and there was nothing she could do even though she wanted to help me. Her facial expression looked like she was in bondage, and the two other workers also Looked at me with a facial expression of regret because there was nothing they could do to override the manager. The customer who came out, said that she literally just did exactly what I was trying to do and there were eight other customers still in line inside the store when I walked away. The amount of time and effort it took for her to reject me as a customer was more than what was needed to receive my package for outgoing shipments. The UPS truck for pick ups was outside the door parked, and they had not even started loading up for the outgoing packages Because the driver was Talking on his mobile device. Customer Service is always primal especially in times like this where many people are callous and disrespectful. I’ve been coming to this store for seven years and I would rather drive 12 miles out of the way than to come back here. This store has a high turnover of employees and cleanliness is not something that the Manager is familiar with. I suggested the regional managers get involved to find out what the real problem is at this location. FedEx is across the street and trust me. They are a much friendlier and cleaner store with better hours and better staff managers. The only reason this store is being rated with a one star is because the lower level employees want to improve, but the management is not receptive to improving Customer Service, a clean environment or better ways to service this community. Thank you for allowing me to have room to express my experience, but I won’t be going back to the store for my business deliveries or for my personal packaging needs. I have too many other better options and I’m going to influence my business partners to do the same. Our network does not need this Kind of poor Service. This is not my first bad experience at this location, but I can promise you it’s the last one.

My daughter and I needed to have fingerprints done so I had mine done at a different UPS store in Middleburg and I had a lot of trouble doing my prints. I didn't have anyone help me at all. Today my daughter needed hers done and we happened to be close to the old bay baymeadows location so we went here. She's only 18 so I knew she was going to need help so I went in with her. I got her logged in and the employee Jasmine walked over and did her part finishing the login process and checking my daughter's IDs. Jasmine stayed and helped with the entire fingerprint process without us even asking. It only took less than 10 min to get in and out where as mine took me 30 minutes and a lot of frustration. Thank you Jasmine for going above and beyond to help my daughter making her process so much easier.

The staff at this location is amazing, especially Kelly B. she is very professional and polite. Her work ethic is outstanding. The store was very busy at the time I arrived and she took time to make sure all the customers were handled with care. Making the long line move as quick as possible. At the busiest time of day I did not feel stressed waiting. Good Work Everyone!!! By far the BEST UPS location. :)

Kelly was a very patient knowledgeable and kind in helping me do some returns for Amazon. I have always had outstanding service when coming to the UPS store. I highly recommend using this facility.

Kelly was excellent and exceptional in her customer service to me. She was kind, patient and endured my lack of technical skills in return area. I enjoy our interactions and her high level of communication and professionalism.
