I’ve had good experiences at this location in the past, but my visit today was extremely disappointing. I came in specifically for notary services, and the staff member on duty outright refused to help me, offering no real assistance beyond telling me to check Google. This created a major inconvenience and forced me to drive an hour to another UPS location to get my documents notarized. I don’t typically leave negative reviews—and when I do leave reviews, they’re usually positive—but the unwillingness to help or offer any workable solution, especially after I was advised to come in for this service, is unacceptable. Being turned away without support, when I was able to receive the same service at another location, is simply not fair to customers.

I went in there with a huge and heavy shipment and Darrell helped me find the most affordable and efficient route for my package. What I expected to be a huge headache turned into such an easy transaction. I was expecting this to be quite challenging to manage but they simplified every step of it with their expertise. You don’t always get lucky in moments like this, but I did. I’m so happy with my service here.

This trip completely changed my previous impression of UPS. The employees at the store were very efficient and professional, and the waiting time was short. They patiently answered all of my questions and carefully walked me through the entire shipping process. Even after the package was delivered, the service continued to impress me. A UPS Store employee named Rich, who processed my shipment, personally called me to notify me that the package had been delivered, confirmed the delivery location, and let me know who received it on the other end. This level of service was excellent and gave me a very positive experience. If UPS can continue to provide this kind of consistent service in the future, I will definitely choose UPS more often.

This is my neighborhood, UPS store and everyone there is very kind courteous and exceptionally helpful. They know most of the regular Customers by name or relative To their business or organizational affiliation. Always Friendly and helpful.

Went to this store today and all I have to say is give Kevin a raise/bonus immediately. He is the kindest, most helpful UPS worker I’ve ever encountered. I will only come to this store now because of him! Incredible experience even in the midst of a very long line.
