I needed to have quite a few color pages printed same day so I could take them with me out of town to work on a project. Because of the email size limitation (att restriction) and the number of files, I didn’t get my last files to them until later in the afternoon. I made several calls to the store to make sure they were receiving my emails and Princess was very helpful. She was a joy to work with and was able to get the files printed same day. In time for me to pick up and pack for my trip. Thank you Princess and the UPS store for the great customer service!!

I received Excellent service from Parth Patel! He helped fair max! He took over 30 minutes got me great service on shipping and resolving. An employee who will do great as a business owner

I always have such a great experience at The UPS Store. The staff was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to help me with my shipping and printing needs. Everything was quick and stress-free, and they made sure I had all the information I needed. It’s so nice to have a place you can count on for both personal and business services. Highly recommend this location — they truly care about their customers!

The manager at this location has poor Customer Service skills. I have been returning Amazon packages at this location for the past several years and I have NEVER experienced what I experienced today. I walked in and told the manager that I was returning a package to Amazon. He proceeded to ask me my name, address, and phone number of which I have NEVER had to do in previous years as long as I have been returning packages to Amazon. He yelled at me like I was his child because he said he didn't like my tone. I tried to explain to him that all I needed to do was to show the QR code that Amazon had sent me. He refused to help me. I tried to also explain that I frequent the store all the time returning packages to Amazon and have never had to provide my personal information. I have never experienced this type of Customer Service from the other staff members that were there prior to this new manager.

Princess Jones was a great help. Appreciate her professionalism and terrific customer service for my recent print job. I've used this UPS store in the past and they have always been positive.
