This team is THE BEST I've ever come across, both here in Jacksonville, FL, and also up in Connecticut. The manager TJ obviously knows how to calibrate talent as the people he's hired & trained are top notch! They are professional, knowledgeable, have great customer service skills and are ALWAYS pleasant - with a smile - even dealing with all those obnoxious Amazon & Temu returns - that in & of itself requires a very specific skill set. I hope whoever owns this location values this team. If all businesses hired the right people and - as important - trained them right, the world would be a happier place all around!! Lol Bravo team Normandy!! Your kindness and professionalism is really unheard of in today's world.

The employees are outstanding! If there’s a line, it moves fast. Many times they have my package waiting for me because they saw me come through the door. Vey friendly and helpful.

I had the best experience at this store! I can not express enough my gratitude for Kristen! She was fantastic and so helpful! I was traveling and had an unexpected situation come up and she really took charge and found me my best solution quickly!

The UPS store on Normandy at 295 is the best location to get Great Customer service with a smile. The associates are always helpful and friendly while serving you and your needs

The cashier, Andre, made all the difference. He made the wait seem insignificant. He was pleasant, profressional, and got what I needed done in what seemed like no time, because of how pleasant he was to be around. He was joking with the customers while he was waiting on them at the samw time. That made the difference, his pleasant, fun attitude.
