Every time I've been in here to return an item, they've always been friendly and fast. I would definitely recommend this store for all your shipping needs. Parking is convenient. And it's close to many stores, Publix, DD's. And they're close to fast food places also.

This is one of the fastest UPS stores!! The line can be out the door and you will still get out in less than 10 mins. Genea is very professional and keeps everything moving, and has positive uplifting energy that makes everyone feel better. I like going to this location.

I usually have a good experience when I come here to have documents notarized. But today?! Whoever the tall older light-skin lady is needs serious customer service training. I’ve never seen her before but my husband told her he needed a form notarized and she rudely says “notary stops at 5, it’s 5:40”. Then she says “Next in line” while we were standing there. I’ve never been told that before and she said it as if we should have. kNOWN that. And she dismissed us. We just walked out. We don’t go where we are not respected.

I went today to return a package before going to my job for a meeting, the line was double wrapped around the store. Naturally, I said "no biggie, I'll come back after the meeting. I come back an hour later I come and THE SAME PEOPLE ARE IN LINE. I am not sure if it's a staffing issue or equipment issue, but FedEx is starting to look like a viable option when I open my shop.

Just had a very poor experience at this location. Attempted to use an offer (see photo) from the website that I presented on my phone. First, the employee attempted to give me one pound free on a total weight of 14 pounds. I asked her to read it again. She did but didn’t understand and asked another employee for help. That employee came over, scrolled down the webpage, and told the first employee to apply 15% off. Again, I attempted to explain the offer I wanted to use which is separate from the 15% off AAA offer. The first employee told me come back when the owner is present, and the other basically tried to tell me that my understanding of the offer was incorrect. The ineptitude, carelessness, and lack of basic understanding was disappointing. I won’t return.
