My package arrived here last night. There is no severe weather. My package is arriving a whole day later. That means it will have to sit there for this to happen. It isn't that many hours away. It already sat a whole day in another location in Florida. UPS seems to be getting worst than FedEx was. It's bad when my FedEx deliveries have gotten better than Ups.

5 days for a package to leave this facility. Only thing worse than UPS laborers are their customer service people. Beyond useless. It’s like dealing with a government employee. No effort whatsoever to fix any problems.

This hub will make sure your package is not delivered ahead of schedule if it arrives to their hub early. My package had the opportunity to be delivered a day early, instead these individuals will let the package sit for a whole day.

The fact that UPS claims and security can't pull video footage the last time a package was scanned, at this facility. When every other courier service uses the cameras as the first go-to when a package goes missing. Is completely unacceptable. If a package has a scan somewhere and then nothing, pull the footage from the minute it got the scan, and find out where the thousand dollar package went. The inability to reach the Jacksonville hub over the phone or in person is also unacceptable. Memphis and Erlanger KY have the FedEx and DHL hubs and both pull camera footage immediately. Both are also larger than this regional hub. UPS needs to do better and find my package, I don't want my lawyer to have to get involved, but this is getting beyond ridiculous to have to wait 8 days for someone to "locate" something that could be found via camera in 10 minutes.

My package started out in Plainfield, IN on its way to St. Petersburg, FL, and made it to the Jax facility, then after sitting there for 3 days it inexplicably went to Secaucus, NJ!!! ...only to be returned to Jax, and it's still sitting there. It's over 3 days late now, and who knows when or if I'll get it. I think there is a serious quality problem with the Jax UPS distribution center. Edit: I finally received the package after an unnecessary delay. Hopefully the management is aware of this dysfunction, as well as other such reviews.
