I always go to this UPS Store location to drop off my weekly research packages. They have the nicest staff members ever. Always friendly, patient with help, and quick service. I never had a bad experience here hence why this is my go to UPS Store for packages!

During my visit to UPS today to return 5 items, I was helped by Dwain. I had mistakenly chosen the wrong return center on my phone and did not know how to correct it. Dwain touched my heart with his patience and the courteous manner in which he assisted me. I so appreciated his help and told him so. It is not often these days to find someone that treats the public with the respect he showed to me. Thank you, Dwain.

Staff at the Gretna store are consistently friendly, helpful, and efficient. When you go to other locations you get to see how much better the Gretna store is in comparison. I appreciate Gretna that much more after my bad experience in Harvey on Manhattan today. It’s worth the extra few minutes drive to avoid going to the store in Harvey.
