I was waiting in line to drop off a pre-labeled package and the employee insisted I use the self scan machine because they were busy. I did not want to use this because the drop off bin for self scan packages is unsecured. My package ended up getting lost, of course, and the same employee didn’t want to bother to help me by looking for it, he just insisted I have to make a claim at UPS . Com. Now I’m out nearly $100 and have to wait weeks for UPS to honor a claim, all because the employee couldn’t be bothered to actually assist customers. Do NOT use the self scan machine here, your package will get stolen and the employees will NOT search their store to see if it somehow got stuck somewhere, or watch cameras to see if someone stole it, etc.

I have only ever been met with incredibly friendly and helpful staff! I had a return that was too bulky/heavy for me to carry on my own. Bianca helped me move it from my car trunk, and helped with the oversized box that was needed as well. Can’t recommend this location enough!

I visit the UPS store in Bexley ALL THE TIME. Chris and his staff are the kindest and most accommodating people. Usually there’s an instance where you can find that you had a less than acceptable experience, especially since I visit frequently. Not so with these folks. I appreciate them so much and have made them my go-to for all shipping needs.

Just wanted to quickly write this down before I forget , I didn’t catch the name of the girl who helped my daughter and I earlier this afternoon, but she was working up front around 1-2 pm today 8-21-25. She was so sweet and so patient with us , I was trying to do a return with literally no service on my phone , so she could scan my code. It took several minutes, and the entire time she was so patient with me and extremely helpful. With her help I was able to get it done way quicker, so I wanted to come and pay her a compliment. Most of the people/employees that I’ve encountered here are very knowledgeable and friendly, much more than USPS across the street. So this was a Thank you review, I will continue to use this specific store from now on. It’s worth the extra minute drive .
