Stopped in with a art project and spoke Dan the owner. He went out of his way to help us with our project of making two large size pictures of our cats. We need them for the weekend and it was already Thursday. He took the time to use his computer skills and editing and produced exactly what we need at a very responsible price while we waited. Would definitely use this store again.

I love this location so much. The entire team is absolutely amazing at being helpful and for general customer service. Alana is the star of the store, she has always been able to help me with every shipment i have, big and small. I know this can seem like a joke, but I truly believe she deserves a raise for her customer service and hospitality alone.

Alana S. was amazing helping me the last two days with some very important documents that needed to be retrieved off my old phone, printed, and then shipped. She was very patient, kind, friendly, & professional. She truly is an asset to your store location. I’m so thankful she was my customer service associate. Thank You Lana Bowling

I had a very positive experience at UPS recently. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me with a return to T-Mobile. I didn’t have the original box or packaging, but they assisted me in getting everything ready for the return, which made the process simple and stress-free. The service happened right within an hour, though I understand timing can vary depending on when you go. Overall, great customer care and efficient support—highly recommended if you need to return an item and don’t have the packaging handy.

I want to give Ramiro from the UPS store on 1st. I had been having a hard time at other places getting my daughters invites done and walked in and Ramiro made it SO easy and let me know they could get done what I wanted. It was so easy and stress free and he was just so pleasant to work with. THANK YOU Ramiro, it was an absolute pleasure working with you!
