How is this place still open! They have horrible reviews and a very rude employee! There is no point in explaining the situation since the owner fully accepts this behavior. You keep saying you're not UPS then you should consider not calling your self The UPS Store! Edit I was asking to go to my car and get tape not stay late, but You were too rude to let me explain! But obviously I'm NOT the only person to have had a bad experience with you! Either many people are wrong or YOU are! Friendly customer service goes a long way!!!! You obviously wouldn't know anything about that!

I love this location! Merry and crew are very nice and pleasant. I've used this location quite a bit for Amazon returns, and I'm so glad Amazon and UPS started the "QR code drop-off program." It takes me less than 60s to do such a return like this. I've also used a bit of other services here before. It's conveniently located in downtown as well for quick access. Highly recommend this location for shipping services !

Sent my husband in to drop off prepaid packages on 10/21/25 at 9 a.m. - we were not aware that UPS does not generally give receipts in this case. When he asked for one, he was told that they don’t issue them and was then told to “take it somewhere else, we don’t care,” at which point the female employee walked away. Apparently, common courtesy is not a thing at UPS Store 6850.

Both employees human and Pilar Garcia the I say ruff queen made my experience delightful. I left w confidence that my precious crystal bowls would be packed w care and arrive unharmed. The best visit ever to a ups store

I use this location regularly and always find helpful staff. The owner is often there and takes great care in packaging and shipping items. Plus it's great to come in and be greeted by the store Mascot- Pilar the fabulous pup!!!
