I use this location the most for shipping and returns. I've never had a bad experience. I'm sure Amazon is not paying very much for servicing the returns making accepting the returns a generally thankless task. I've seen the staff having to put up with customers who are not prepared, can't find the return codes, nor have things acceptably packaged. The staff treats these people with more respect than they really deserve.

This store is always clean and the staff very helpful. They have a wonderful role model- Shane. Even in the most hectic days he always has a smile and kind words for his clients.

Lynette was extremely helpful today with my shipping, she's always smiling and welcoming. Always making sure the store is clean. I highly recommend this store because of her and the girl with all the tattoos she's extremely nice and is extremely helpful as well

The young female that helped me was extremely rude. She was telling the older female with blonde hair how tired she was and she wanted to go home, as she was helping me she was giving me attitude the entire interaction. No matter what the case is no customer should have to deal with attitude because a employee is "tired" or having a bad day. She should've been more professional. I wish I got her name but I wanted to leave the store instead of dealing with her. Reading the reviews this isn't the first time she's been rude to customers, I feel the manager really needs to talk to her before she runs business away.

Excellent customer service from the time I walked in the door. Was greeted by a female employee with a smile that was so sweet and welcoming. She offered assistance and noted I was welcome to ask any questions. I was assisted by another Male employee who was kind and understanding. Such amazing customer service. I will definitely come back again. Thank you for a great experiensmce.
