The kindness, care, and flexibility this store and its employees gave me during my process of packaging my late grandmothers paintings was absolutely phenomenal. You ladies took care of me, gave me advice, and did it so quickly. Very grateful for your time and expertise.

Getting my PO box at this UPS location was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Kim and Maritza consistently offer outstanding customer service. They’re kind, helpful, and always go above and beyond no matter what I come in for. The shop is always organized, clean, and welcoming, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. I always leave feeling taken care of. So happy and thankful for this store!

I was in the UPS store getting something notarized, when I noticed they sell stamps. I asked if they charge the same amount for a book of stamps as the post office. The person helping me said yes, so I bought 2 books. After I used them, I realized they charged me $20 for a book of stamps the post office sells for $15.60. I would not have bought them if the sales person had given me the correct information. I posted a review on Google and the store immediately reached out to me. They made it right by refunding the difference. I very much appreciate the great response to an employee's error.
