I write reviews when I’m very impressed or not impressed at all. Today, my experience at a small UPS store located at 6336 N Oracle Rd, STE 326, Tucson, AZ, was delightful. I wanted to break out chips and beer, pull up a chair and hang out for awhile. Although I only needed a dozen hard copies of an email attachment, the price for black and white was only a quarter per page and a $2 download fee. Great! Something in this world is still reasonably priced. I watched a woman come in with her tax return, on multiple sized paged, and have it faxed out. She was in and out before I was. Not only do they represent UPS with shipping and packing services, but they sell colorful boxes for gifts which are beautiful. I’d never seen those kinds of actual shipping boxes. Anyway, the UPS store is located across the street from a great car wash and in a shopping center on the Corner of N Oracle and Orange Grove. Kristi, the owner and her sweet, capable assistant, Amorette, are lighting fast and sharp.

I had a great experience at this UPS Store. Particularly, with the owner, Kristi, who is also a Notary. I needed a notary for my and my husband's wills and found this UPS store was able to do it. We walked in the door and within minutes were having our papers notarized by Kristi, the owner. She was extremely knowledgeable and efficient as well as very pleasant to work with. In addition to her notarizing, she also had 2 employees who worked there who were able to be witnesses. The entire process was seamless, quick and easy and the rates extremely reasonable. I can't recommend this UPS store enough.

I just made an Amazon return and it was so fast and easy. I especially want to highlight the woman who assisted me. I didn’t catch her name but she wore glasses and had long dark brown hair. She was so friendly to each and every person who was in line. Her customer service was impressive! Truly cheerful and efficient! Amazing attitude.

I come here all the time to mail packages and everyone is so friendly. Emily, MaryLee, and Doc are always engaging and kind. During my last visit, a customer came in after losing her car keys, and Doc went outside to help her search the parking lot until they found them. Exceptional service and genuine kindness.

This place is amazing! I got to work with Krissy, and I've never had anyone handle my package so carefully. She took her time and was very patient and helpful making sure I got all of the services I needed to ensure my package was safe during it's long journey. I'll definitely be back!! Thank you so much.
