10.10.am Wed, 6/3/2026 tried to pick up a package today that we had delivered here to our PO box the guy that was looking for the package try saying he couldn't find the package and it literally just got there the day before then as soon as one of the employees said it shouldn't have been sent back do you want me to look for it miraculously all of a sudden this guy finds with a quickness so yeah he knew where it was so when I try grab my package he goes over my hand and hands it to the lady the guy knew how he was acting he wouldn't even make eye contact with us and we are some of the nicest most friendliest people we are good customers and right now you guys don't deserve Us and how dare him who does he think he is I bought that box so my stuff could be safe not so some guy treat me that way it was very clear to see what he was doing and now we have more important mail coming here and now we have to worry I am writing this review not because I want to but because I am leaving a paper trail anywhere I can cuz if anything comes up missing because of the way that guy acted then you will find yourself in court and as far as an apology goes save it I just want my stuff safe that's why I bought this overly priced box

I was able to get my package sent out. My rating is 4 stars because the guy helping me was having trouble spelling what was in front of him. Everyone, including him, was very friendly and willing to help. Amazon now does returns without having to wait in a long line which has greatly reduced the wait time to send packages. The store was clean and neat despite the heavy foot traffic at times.

I had been a paying customer of a mailbox, and I purchased a car at auction in which they mailed the title to my UPS Store box by mistake. I asked the auction house to have it mailed to my home address. I had been tracking the delivery, but the delivery was to the address of the UPS store, showing "signed for." I went to the UPS Store and asked for my mail, and one of the young employees said, "Oh yeah, I was just looking at it." The manager quickly interrupted, saying, "No, it was returned already." The young employee was surprised but remained quiet. I called the auction house to be told nothing was returned, and they noted it couldn't have been returned without new postage because it had been received and signed for. I called the store, speaking with a young woman who also said they had my mail but was interrupted, then placed on hold, only to be told her manager said it was returned. At a later date, I went into the store as I regularly ship packages at this store, and seeing the manager wasn't in, I asked the young woman about my mail. She said, "Oh yes," and proceeded to get my Priority Mail envelope that now was clearly opened then re-taped. The title to my car was withheld from me by the store manager, and she lied to me about it being returned. I have no idea why, because I am always polite and a regular customer. I want to make this clear: my experience with the general employees at this location has been positive; it's the manager that made things very difficult for no reason

Don't rely on UPS helping you get through faxing something and ensuring its faxed. Both stores was supposed to guarantee me they closed at 9pm. Both stores were closed by 6pm. I will have to wait until 7:30am to try again. They need to update their hours to 6pm ensuring me its done. I was not ready to travel another 20 minutes just to fax. I already wasted gas and my time.

I've had to use the UPS store recently for scanning and notary purposes. Everyone has been helpful and the employees seem to work hard. Each time I've gone it has been busy, but I have not had to wait too long.
