Sam and Cyntha went above and beyond the call of duty to offer me Customer Service that was over the top. I had some special printing needs for a project I was preparing for in Mexico. It took these two working together as a team to solve the issues required with the machine configuration to make this work for me. Their innovative approach and attitude towards Customer Service with excellence was world class.

A young man helped me so well . He held the door for me, scanned my shipping paper, and had me in and out in under 5 minutes.He was both very friendly and very professional too. Folks here have always been good to work with, but this young man was really the best service and help that I have ever had at any UPS Store.

I came into this UPS Store with my two daughters who were having a rough day and definitely not on their best behavior (missed nap time 😅). I was pretty stressed, but the younger gentleman who helped me was incredibly kind, patient, and professional the entire time. He went above and beyond to help me get my packages sorted out and even put the stamps on my letters for me, which I really appreciated. He never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable despite the chaos. His calm, friendly attitude made a stressful situation so much easier. Excellent customer service!

I travel for work, with extended assignments so I needed a temporary address so I utilized their mailbox service, giving me an address for mailing. The one package that was sent here, was never delivered. The sad part is, it was coming by UPS. UPS literally could not deliver to the UPS store. You can't make this up. Basically, I paid for an empty box, because my one delivery never made it. They told me several times it was in route, and they would call after taking my number. Again, nothing, no call, and the package was returned to sender that night. Just gone. Basically useless.

I went in with a few packages. The clowns behind the register couldn't figure out how to help one person each at a time so instead of a smooth experience, we all had to wait. The guy who helped me then proceeded to be rude and raise his voice at me for no reason. I will say that I am surprised UPS let's them keep their franchise license with this behavior.
