No UPS Store in Tucson offers better service than the store at Prince and Campbell managed by Christine and Damian.. You are greeted with a genuine welcome no matter how busy they may be. You are made to feel your choice to bring your business is appreciated. I have done business with them several times and they are always more than accommodating especially if I have a particular issue with either a return or a send... Today both Christine and Damian were more than accommodating and really went out of their way to help me with my return.. I could not thank them enough for their help- it saved me time, energy and effort and I walked out a very happy lady! In a world where customer service is no longer exemplary as a general rule.... These folks set the standard for customer care, service, and the UPS brand. Thank you much!!!!

Wow, I had a shockingly bad customer service experience at this location. A gentleman had sent an email of a scanned document to me, but I didn't receive it. I called the store to ask about it and the woman who answered was combative from the moment she answered the phone. She blamed me for sending it wrong and said if I needed it the email resent that I would have to go in person and pay more money. So I clarified that her (much friendlier) colleague sent the email. Then she said that it was probably fine then and a problem on my side. I confirmed I was having no issue with email. She demanded again I go in person and pay more money for another email. And she complained that she was busy. I finally got frustrated and told her this was BS and she hung up on me. Which is to be expected. At no time was she willing to even look at her outbox. And she wouldn't let me speak to anyone else. She declared she was the assistant manager, which is pretty pathetic that UPS let's someone so unprofessional to be in charge. Honestly, this woman was clearly in the mood to be difficult from the moment she answered the phone. Her appearance was unprofessional and her phone manners were worse. Checking to see if an email has sent isn't a big ask. I don't need these people picking a fight just because I inquired about an email. I don't know how bad business is that it's store policy to demand more money to check and see an email sent. It was just the grossest a person in customer service has ever acted. Certainly not worth the misery to deal with this place, there's a ton of other options out there.

I wouldn’t normally bother to leave a review of a UPS store, but I found the employee (long hair, long beard) to be so brusque and unwelcoming that it was really unpleasant. I will stick with the nice folks at the UPS store on broadway. There is no reason to treat paying customers this way, even if you are busy.

I don't know if UPS neglected this location but Everytime I send something from here- it delays.( Package was dropped off at 1PM local time) I literally got Next day air and it won't deliver until the third day. I understand that things can happen but it's my second time package being delayed from this location.

Super fast service. Efficient use of customer data history to expedite to and from shipping destinations. Shipping label generated using customer's previous shipping data. Only phone number required from customer to locate previous shipping history. Excellent, highly efficient software expedites entire shipping process for optimum speed for the customer! 🙂👍
