The notary was incredibly helpful and patient when we brought her a bunch of documents at once. She and her coworkers also gave us additional help with our project, helping us find phone numbers and places we needed to go after. We will make an effort to use this specific store in the future.

Extremely poor service. Staff is rude. They lost my package and didn't even try to help find it.

After a terrible experience at the Grant and Alvernon location, I started bringing my business to this Broadway store — and it’s a complete night-and-day difference. They handle an incredible volume of business, yet every employee still goes above and beyond to be kind, professional, and helpful. Hands down, the best UPS location in town.

I run a small business and came here to drop off about 30 orders (already labeled and ready to go) the employee said they can only take 10 packages.. I’ve gone to several UPS stores around town and that’s never been an issue.. why is it that there’s a limit of 10?
