Shirley B 3 years agoI went first thing in the morning and it was not busy at all. The lady was pleasant and took care of two customers ahead of me quickly and efficiently. Then greeted me nicely, I could not see if she smiled or not as she had on a mask, but she asked if I wanted to mail the box that I was holding. I replied yes and handed it to her. Then I left, nice and simple, easy as pie. It was clean and brightly lit, with plenty of parking spaces close to the entrance. I will definitely go back again if I have the need to do so.
Loly a year agoDropped off package and paid for two day shipping and 5 days later package is still sitting in the same drop off location. Nobody answers phones or leaves you on hold for two hours or hangs up.. terrible service!! Definitely don’t recommend
