I have to be honest about 2 things... EXPENSIVE live scan. EXPENSIVE Amazon return Reliable Live Scan is $20, not the $100 that it cost me at this ups 1- They charge for printing shipping labels to return an Amazon item... $3 for printing They're nice people, but $3 in order to get my money back from a bad Amazon purchase feels a whole lot like a net negative. But I can't be mad at Amazon because they gave me the full refund. Every other UPS store I've been to printed for me for free... 2- Live scans are supposed to cost as low as $60 or up to $90 in CA, but at this store it cost $99 plus change. Then I did not specifically ask for my change back from my $100, and then I did not get it back Ultimately, this place is going to nickel and dime where they can. But the convenience is good. Like I said, nice people. They seem to be family owned. But this is an honest review for the price conscious consumer Apparently you can get live scan for $20 at Reliable Live Scan in Anaheim. I'm writing this because I over spent at a time that 8 have very little money. I do not think business should grow by taxing people who cannot afford the time to look elsewhere

This UPS store is the best in the area. The staff is highly organized, and the store is always clean and well-maintained. While it can get busy at times, their efficient processes ensure that every customer is assisted promptly and professionally. I’ve had a great experience here and highly recommend this location for anyone in need of UPS services.

Did a livescan with them and I’ve been somewhere else before for livescan but this place is cheaper and employee is so fast and efficient. Will definitely visit for livescan again in future. Thanks for helping us out today!

Very kind and thoughtful! Neelu is very caring, kind, and flexible. She helped me with my paperwork and fingerprinting. She is very warm and friendly. Definetly recommend coming here !
