I had such a terrific experience at this store. I was greeted enthusiastically as soon as I walked in. There were a few people in the store already when I arrived and needed to wait a few minutes before someone was able to help me. As soon as I let them know I was there to pick up a print job, they knew exactly who I was and which print job, and where it was. They let me know they were expecting me because an employee at another store had called ahead to let them know I'd be stopping by. All of the employees were happy and smiling and everybody was in such a great mood. Autumn took her time to chat with me and she was a delight to deal with. I got quality work at a great price. I will definitely be back!

I have had many occasions to use this UPS store, and every encounter is great, whether I am using their shredding service, mailing a package, or returning an item I purchased online. Every employee is super friendly and efficient.

Incredible UPS Store! I think it's new as I had no clue it existed until a month or two ago. The place is always super clean, the staff is so helpful and quick with service, and the wait is never bad. I'm constantly choosing to come here just cause of the quality!
