I have worked across from this store for close to 15 years. I have used it for all sorts of shipping and notary needs and have referred clients as their notary service is very dependable. It is a very busy store that operates incredibly professionally. Recently Chirog helped me out. The line was 8 people long. He was so cheerful. He just worked through it so quickly. Another staffer delayed his lunch and stepped up to work thru the crunch. Keep up the good work!

The customer service here is excellent! They helped me ship a guitar, packed it safely and even helped the next day when I came back because the delivery address had been changed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five stars all the way

These guys don’t mess around! They know their product and they know how to ask the right question to help the customer! Today the line was 8 people deep one customer had a plastic bin full of papers: letter, envelopes etc. one of the cashier fished his sale and came over to the customer and gave assists to prepare his transaction while he was still in line! Brilliant! The other even helped me to prepackage my items so when I reached the counter, I was ready and he quickly taped the edges to seal the package using my phone # he was quickly able to print the label and off I went out the door! Fantastic customer service and customer support!!!!

First off, this seems to be the ONLY UPS Store open in Long Beach on a Monday. Jimmy provided excellent customer service. I’m traveling and needed to ship something off unexpectedly before I flew out. He was polite, calm, and helped me with my options.

I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store location near Redondo Ave and 7th St. I recently moved to Long Beach from the Bay Area and have used UPS Store locations for years without ever encountering treatment like this. When I entered, I was not acknowledged and another customer who arrived after me was called forward first. When I mentioned that I had been waiting, I was told “the line is over there” and directed to stand where the other customer had been. I came in simply to purchase a box in order to complete an Amazon return that required me to provide my own packaging. After waiting while an employee attempted to retrieve a box, another employee named Johnny assisted me and presented multiple charges, including packing supplies and labor that I did not request. I clarified that I only wanted to purchase a box. I was then told that even basic assistance such as taping the package would require an additional fee. What made the situation more frustrating was that immediately prior to my interaction, I observed another customer receive assistance with taping their package without being charged. When I raised this inconsistency, Johnny stated that the assistance provided to the other customer was done as a “courtesy.” The lack of consistent service, transparency, and professionalism turned what should have been a simple transaction into an uncomfortable and adversarial experience. Customers should be able to expect clear policies and equitable treatment. I hope store management reviews this situation and ensures more consistent and professional customer service going forward.
