The staff are always so helpful and are always going above and beyond. I'm in my 70's, unfamiliar with technology. Someone always stops to help me. This time, William, helped me return a package, get pricing for sending a package and did it all with the best attitude. He made me feel at ease. I commend you for hiring 'people' people. I definitely will be back, and yes, I'll recommend this site for easy, polite, fun experience and service.

I'm honored to share my UPS in store experience. All the UPS Store associate are great! ...BUT Marco makes it a little bit more special. MARCO is an excellent UPS store associate and technician. Over the years I've seen first hand, Marco's expertise with empathy, responsiveness, and proactivity. He makes me and customers feel understood by listening actively, solving problems quickly, and offering clear communication. Marco is that go to guy for any personalized graphic design, technical solutions and repairs. Awesome with follow ups to clients! William is the best!!! He always helps me with my Amazon returns and even helped me ship my wedding dress all the way to Florida! He picked out the right box side, made sure it was sealed and labeled correctly since there was an AirTag inside, and made sure I got insurance. I couldn’t be happier with the service at this location! Highly recommend

William and his coworker acknowledged my presence as soon as I walked into the store and told me they’d be right with me. William helped me out a few moments later, greeted me warmly again, helped me with my package, printed my receipt, and then wished me a good day before I off. He was courteous, helpful, and respectful.

Quick, fast service. Staff was super helpful and amazing. I needed to ship something but didn’t know I had to have it all boxed. They had the supplies there for me to buy. But the associate there was so nice she boxed it for me with some extras they had and didn’t charge me either. They are amazing here and I’m so grateful
