Jacqalyn gave me and my partner excellent customer service at our appointment. She was very helpful, patient, and understanding. This was our first notary appointment. Jackie Has helped me multiple times, each time I come in with an unwrapped work of art she fully constructs packaging for each canvas. She goes above and beyond each time! I will continue to only ship my artwork thru this location. Thank you Jackie!

I’ll be as polite and honest ; the ladies working there are usually slow, scatterbrain, and have lines out the door mostly every day because of lack urgency or desire to work quickly enough! Whoever manages this place should seek new workers as this UPS is the worst I ever been to, been to probably more than 20 UPS stores for my businesses over the years and yeah this is the worst one! Just terrible UPS location, if you can go to another one! I was waiting at the store one day for over 15 min and it was just me in line and one lady helping one guy and the other in the back talking on the phone sitting on top of the shipping tables! I don’t know who she was talking to tbh but still waiting over 15min just to drop off a few things already labeled just needed them scanned. Only until there was like 7 more people behind me that the lady talking on the phone decides to help me! Yeah this place is wors Ups- avoid at all costs!
