Just Dropped off my package here, making a note of it cuz i too didnt get a receipt yet she scanned it in. Was told once ups picks it up i will get notified by text sms. Lets pray all goes well im trying to RMA a defective item and get my refund to replace it

Went to go drop off an item with a prepackaged return label the item is around 2,500 in value and was told that I don't get to get a receipt from them when I drop it off that the next day when the carrier picks it up I'll get a text message possibly letting me know that it was picked up and I told her that that is not at all how the system works that if something happens in my item gets stolen between now and tomorrow when it gets picked up at which point she told me that I could take it somewhere else if I didn't want to accept that arrangement

The Guy that is assigned this morning said that the box that I have is too big that they cannot accept ! But I look and I saw the space and still not accept instead told mo to go the the place in downtown which I came from and cannot find the parking Spot
