From the moment I walked in, she was super nice, welcoming, and genuinely kind, and she kept that same positive attitude the entire time I was there. She greeted me in a way that immediately made me feel comfortable, and she treated me like I mattered instead of just another customer she had to get through. Her energy was calm and friendly, and it really set the tone for the whole experience. I came in with a lot of packages, and I mean a lot, so I was already a little worried that it might be inconvenient or that I would feel rushed. Instead, Rianna was patient right away. She did not show any irritation or act like I was taking up too much time. She stayed polite, respectful, and attentive while we worked through everything, and she made sure I understood what was happening at each step. She took the time to handle each package carefully, and she did not cut corners or act careless just because there were so many items. That level of patience and attention makes a huge difference, especially when you are bringing in multiple packages and want to be sure everything is done correctly. She kept the experience as smooth as it could be given the circumstances, and that is not easy to do when technology is not cooperating. She stayed engaged, she communicated clearly, and she made sure nothing was missed. I never felt ignored or dismissed, and I never felt like she was just guessing or rushing. She was careful and thorough, which is exactly what you want when you are trusting someone to process packages correctly. Rianna also came across as someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job. Even though the store data would not load and it was taking extra time, she still gave great customer service. She was kind, patient, and consistent the whole time. She kept her professionalism even when the situation could have made anyone feel stressed. It is easy for people to be nice when everything is working perfectly, but it takes real customer service skills to stay kind and patient when the system is slow, when there are a lot of items, and when the process is taking longer than expected. Rianna handled it with grace and a positive attitude. By the time everything was done, I felt relieved and grateful, not only because my packages were taken care of, but because she made the whole experience feel manageable. She turned what could have been an annoying, time consuming situation into something that felt calm and organized. She deserves recognition for how helpful she was, how patient she remained, and how professional she stayed throughout the entire process. Rianna is the kind of employee that makes people want to come back, because she treats customers with genuine kindness and respect, and she does not let technical issues or delays affect the way she supports the people in front of her. I truly appreciate her help and her attitude, and she deserves a lot of credit for the excellent service she provided.
Carol Van Bruggen a month agoEven though Amazon pays for your shipping be aware that if you pack in your own box they will upsell you for packing and a box. I had a box with no labels and was told they couldn't us it because there were some up arrows (meaning up is where the top is) and that meant there was hazardous materials in the box and they had to charge for a box, packing and packing materials. And the product was already in a box inside. When I returned to ask who told them they needed to rebox they said it was USP but they couldn't show me that in writing.
Naisha Towne 4 months agoI went to do a return from a different retailer and I was greeted when I came in the door. Rianna assisted me and was very helpful with getting my return code to work and was very patient and polite. She also mentioned about the shredding services and gave me a coupon attached to my receipt. Lastly she thanked me for coming in. I’m going to go back to use the shredding services for the fact that Rianna’s service was so great!
