The clerk (employee 207092) went way above and beyond trying to help me ship a package to Mexico, as well as get supplies for moving. He even carried the heavy boxes to the car. The line went out through the door as he was working with me and he appropriately shifted gears and quickly got the line down to zero and went back to me. The speed at which he did this was impressive! Gold star employee.

These guys are the best! They are efficient and know what they are doing! I always knew they were great but after going to a different UPS location the other day I definitely know that Point Loma is truly spoiled by having them.

They’re always so helpful at this store. The staff are so friendly and efficient, they get you in and out quickly. Struggling to print something? They’ll go out of their way to help. Confused on how to make an Amazon return or box your package correctly? They’ve got you! Highly recommend.

This UPS Store is absolutely amazing.These guys knows what they are doing.THEY WILL NEVER EVER Make you wait. They do Printing,shipping,returns.Best place to do Business. Cheap pricing for Shipping,printing.

Really appreciate this UPS store! They are friendly, helpful & accommodating. I’ll definitely use this store exclusively from now on. I was in the store & had some confusing returns & they were so patient & everyone helped without making me feel like a pain.
