Armando and the crew are so wonderful! I’m in UPS pretty often with returns and they are always so willing to help and answer questions and are always doing it with a smiley even when I can tell they’re slammed! If I can help it, I always go out of my way to this UPS store for their service :)

Eric was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to understand exactly what needed to happen to send my passport to another country and made sure it was done correctly. When I had to send it again, I went back when he was working because he knew exactly what to do. I really appreciated his knowledge and great customer service.

I had a great experience at The UPS Store thanks to Eric. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help me with a last-minute printing project. He made the whole process easy and stress-free and the final result was perfect. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

The new mailbox rental pricing structure greatly reduces value proposition. Instead of previous flat rate pricing, which allows for any number of items stored for any number of days, now the tiered pricing limits the number of items received and the time stored. Going over will now incur extra charges. In addition to costing more than last year, now I can only receive 2 packages, stored no longer than 3 days before getting charged extra. I was told all ups stores went to this new tiered pricing structure. The part they didn’t tell me was that each store can have different parameters within the tier. So another ups store can let you receive 5 instead of 2 packages for the same tier. I’ve had a mailbox here since they opened but will shop around after current lease expires. Definitely do your research before signing up for a mailbox at this location!

I come here a lot as it’s in my Neighborhood. Mostly to return stuff from Amazon, which is much easier than Whole Foods but I’ve also done notaries here and Scan scanned documents. They are always super friendly and helpful. Thank you!!
