Customer service was fine ig but they are DISGUSTING for charging $3.99 “setup fee” plus $0.49/page to print a document. No, it’s not printed with 24k gold paper or ink. Just regular degular b&w laser printing. It’s obscene to take that much for a copy that costs less than a penny to produce. This level of greed is shameful.

I rarely ever write reviews but I just had an incredible experience at this UPS location. I had to ship something incredibly heavy with extra regulations required to ship it. The workers there were patient, well informed, and incredibly helpful to make sure the package arrives to its location in one piece. Thanks again for making this as easy as possible to do 😄

I just recently moved to SF and needed to ship some things I did not need back to my parents, and I think this employee’s name was Jacob or something, but he was so wonderful and helpful. Customer service was 10/10. He made me feel at home in a new place!!

Made a notary appointment and when I arrived I was informed that they were out on leave. Why are appointments available? Why did no one see that an appointment was made and inform me? All unanswered questions, pushing me further toward the edge.

Alan was a lifesaver and incredibly helpful. I had to return about 30 packages when a family emergency prompted an urgent move, and he patiently assisted me through the whole process. Thank you Alan!
