I recently took services from this store. Had to print some passport and DL copies and get it notarized. By mistake the notary forgot to return my passport . It was bit chaotic owing to the question whether notaries in CA are allowed/not allowed to actually stamp the copies. In the course of that conversation and in hurry to attend next appt, I forgot to pick my passport and notary too forgot to return. By the time I realized that the passport got left at the store it was past business hours of the store. I found out the actual store email using the internet and emailed it . I also went to UPS site and used the contact us from their website. Ivan, the store owner called me within minutes and promised to arrive at the store within 30 minutes. I picked a gift card on the way to the store . The owner called back when he had reopened the store and I was on the way anyways. I got my passport back. The owner refused to take the gift card saying he owes a lot to the community . It is very rare that these days you come across the goodness in people which is driven purely by a sense of responsibility to the community. Kindly please give more business to this store!!!

Apparently they charge for prepaid label printing and force you to pack Amazon returns, which need to packing, so they can try to rip you off for the cost. This has been my go-to store because it’s in my neighborhood and I can walk to it when I need to ship something, get packing supplies, or for a passport photo. Not anymore. I hope your “practices and policies” that are “different from Amazon” put you out of business. Ugly, greedy people!

Made me pack my box outside otherwise $7 packing fee. Fee to print a label (prepaid) was $5. Overpriced and ridiculous. I left and went to the nearby USPS which had much more reasonable policies.

Amazon returns have free bags transparent at the station, but the help desk person said we need to pack it even though it was already in a box. It needed a tape, but instead he suggested to use a plastic bag they have. I thought that was free since the return station has the same for free right next to that table. Then he charged 5$ for that plastic bag that could have been a free tape or a free bag right next to that table. And he did not even mention that it was paid until after he packed the box with that unnecessary bag. Such a waste of money for unnecessary reason. He could have thought with some humanity and let me know that, these places sometimes show the worst of humanity 😅
