Staying close by for another couple weeks but I ordered Nespresso to be sent to this location since where I'm staying doesn't have mailboxes. I read the reviews AFTER having Nespresso deliver to this UPS store. I saw lots of bad reviews. Some were fairly new but most from awhile ago. My experience, this is one of the friendliest, cleanest, and professional stores I've been to. If I lived in the city, this would be my UPS store.

This UPS store in pac heights has a 2 star rating for a reason. Mario working today was extremely rude and unpleasant and unhelpful. He did not say hello back. He did not acknowledge that I had asked to do some returns. He completely ignored me while I was speaking to him. The first thing he uttered was it would cost $1 per bag to seal the packages. This is the first UPS store employee to say that to me. This is robbery! I intentional left the bags unsealed so they can verify the item is inside.

These guys are just doing their job and doing it well! Line moves quick if there is one and I’ve only had friendly and funny encounters with the people here (both workers and patrons) writing this as I’m getting ready to go to this UPS again. Glad it’s on Fillmore. Also really great location next to the 22 stop

It was almost closing time on Saturday October 25 and there was a long line. The gentleman behind the counter was trying to help an elderly woman print her label which she was unable to email correctly to him. Most people would have just told her he couldn’t help her but he kept trying and eventually got it printed. You could tell he was getting a little stressed but he kept his cool and even accepted help for another customer to help the elderly woman crop the label image and email it. It could have been a very bad experience for him and all of us waiting but he was committed to helping us all get our packages shipped. I hope his manager recognizes the tremendous employee they have as the face of UPS.

This place is so bad. When the owner isn't there, his minions carry on for him. Today they wanted to charge me extra for a small piece of tape. I didn't have $1 so they wouldn't take my Amazon return with tiny box and all. I asked if they could please do it this time and they refused. Blamed it on the owner but wouldn't give me his contact info. This place and it's people are just terrible. I'm hoping to never return and I'm a block away.
