The price to ship a small box to NJ (box included) was quoted to me as $160.00 and 1 week delivery timeline - at the 2269 Chestnut Street UPS store. That is just outrageous!! 4 times higher than Fedex. I went over to the Fedex Store on Fillmore. $39.95 (box included) 2 Days delivery. The excuse always is - the devil is in the detail and specifics of your box etc.. That does not apply here. Don't be in a hurry - just go up the street to Fedex Filmore and save some money! Check the other reviews of this UPS store.

$5.50 for a single page to use their self serve printer or copier. Same if I want to email a PDF. $1.00 tops would be fair. The staff hate the owner for that but explain the owner is a jerk. Staff have always been pleasant. Store is old and dirty, however that's par with mailbox/ ups stores

Ari was so helpful and kind! I had an issue with the delivery of an important check and official UPS customer service was incredibly unhelpful. However, Ari was able to remedy my problem, even following up with me a couple of days later. It saved me a lot of time on the phone with corporate and was a much more pleasant experience. The customer service at this location is the absolute BEST!! !! They are all consistently friendly, cheerful, helpful, and efficient. Even when the store is crowded with customers, the staff remain patient and calm.Thank you and keep up the great work and wonderful attitudes!!

This UPS store is small but mighty. There’s never a long line - but if there are a few customers waiting, the wait time is quick. The staff working at this location are super friendly and very efficient!
