I went to the UPS Store at 660 4th Street in SF this morning to return an Amazon package. I got amazing customer service from the tall gentleman behind the counter. It took me long to log into my amazon account to provide him the QR Code for the item I was returning. I had earlier logged into my Amazon account at another country, and as such my US account had logged me out. Logging back in was taking long due to a slow WiFi connection. His patience and supportive attitude was just beyond any expectation I had.

This "store" is a scam and ripoff. Had a document printed from a flash drive and, being in a hurry, I didn't bother to check the receipt at the time. When the charge appeared in my account, it was for $24.34. My document was only 48 pages. So, that's $0.51 per page. I looked at the receipt and there's a $4.00 charge labeled as "digital file opening" like placing a flash drive in an USB slot and clicking on the file was such a burdensome and difficult task. Then, I was charged $0.39 per page to print. And, not even to print on single side pages but to get a document that was printed on both sides. So, I guess the paper is an extra cost if you want single side printing? No business should get away with charging these outrageous prices for something that literally cost them a miniscule amount of money. The other problem is that you can't find these prices listed anywhere in the store or on their website. I wonder why that is. Could it be if you openly displayed your prices and made people aware of them in advance that no one would ever use the services? I'll take knowing and intentional rip offs for $1000 Alex.

It's location is accessible by public transportation options. There is also nearby parking options. The customer service received was attentive and overall pleasant

I bought a bed from CasaModerna and never received it. The tracking shows it was delivered, but nothing arrived. The company’s registered address (Hosted on WordPress, located at 660 4th Street, Box 119, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) appears to be a mailbox or virtual address, not a real office. ⚠️ Warning to other buyers: be careful before ordering from this company.

I’ve never reviewed a ups location before, but I love the people here! Everyone is so nice, and it really brightens my day to see them. You got the good ones.
