It’s a crazy time of year to be in a shipping center. Even so, I had a great experience with staff at this location. Great customer service, professional, prompt and polite despite hectic holiday rush.

I've been to many UPS's and many states and this one has to be the most unorganized and dirty. There are boxes everywhere there's paper mud trash all over the floor as if they haven't vacuumed in months. The boxes and packages that are laying all over the store with people's personal information on it that doesn't seem acceptable. The pin on Google does not take you to the correct location and there's wires hanging from the sign. If I was the owner of this establishment and I walked in I would be appalled at the condition. The only reason I didn't attach photos of the inside is because I didn't want to capture anyone's personal information. And the workers looked like teens.

Closes at 6pm. The hours posted don't match the hours in the google maps. The prior service was the worst on the market. I was turned around when my package was not deliveried to the right address. The register worker didn't have any explanation why my package ended in a different state when I provided the right address. Quality of service needs to be improved if you want customers to use your service.

The people who work here are generally friendly and efficient. However, I came by at 7:30 this morning, when they supposedly open, to mail some important legal documents before I headed out of town. No one was there. I waited until 7:38, but I was tight on time, so brought the documents with me to mail elsewhere. This was very frustrating though since I had gone out of my way to go to this UPS store since they list their hours as beginning at 7:30 am. I know this seems like a small point, but I would think timeliness is something that a business like UPS would take seriously.

I have sent multiple packages a year to the tune of hundreds of dollars for multiple years from this store. I am not sure what is going on but the store is going down hill fast. I needed help reading a tracking number that was smeared on the receipt. Called multiple times, no one answered, no VM available. Emailed and received no response. Needless to say I will not be back. There are plenty of other stores to choose from.
