This is actually such a great store. The staff are really nice, and they really take care of you there. I'd highly recommend going to this one over others. They seem to actually care about you. And getting you in and out as fast as possible. Everyone is super friendly that I have come across there :)

I’ve worked with quite a few UPS stores over the years and I’ve had mailbox at a few as well. When considering who I’m gonna spend the next year seeing at least once a week to grab packages and mail I like to know that the team actually cares about their jobs and is pleasant to work with. These guys are great. Super quick, easy to work with, and know their stuff.

The staff at my local UPS store were polite and courteous, which I appreciated. But friendliness only goes so far when the core service—safely delivering packages—fails this badly. I shipped a computer monitor, clearly labeled with at least ten FRAGILE stickers all over the box. Despite every precaution, the item arrived at the buyer's address completely destroyed. Not just dented—the packaging was mangled, and the monitor shattered. The buyer sent me pictures, and it was heartbreaking to see how little care was taken. It’s hard to believe a package could be treated so roughly unless the word "FRAGILE" has lost all meaning to these carriers. Adding to the disappointment is how poorly UPS appears to handle staffing these days. Their hiring process feels sloppy and rushed, and it shows. The lack of training and attention to quality is painfully obvious in how deliveries are handled—this isn’t just an isolated mishap; it’s a systemic problem. UPS (and FedEx too, frankly) seem to be getting worse every year. The reliability, package handling, and overall accountability have deteriorated significantly. When shipping expensive or delicate items, you’re basically gambling now. I didn’t just lose the item—I had to issue a full refund and deal with the mess afterward. I'm incredibly disappointed, and I wouldn’t trust UPS with high-value items again. Friendly service at the counter means nothing if the job behind the scenes is botched this badly.

They sent my package to Texas then returned to me, It was supposed to go to Connecticut, then the store manager argued with me offered no solutions and I had to fight to even get it refunded after there mistake. Better to go to the post office may be slower but they know the difference between TX and CT.

Very helpful and friendly staff every time (the young man with the braids is so smart) Cheerful to be around and do business with them! Very efficient customer focused! Bonus- I love the self service Amazon kiosk real time saver! (Not all UPS locations offer this)
