I use this store for Amazon returns all the time and there is a self service kiosk that works fine for smaller returns. I had a larger return that was packed and tapped in the manufacturer box per the Amazon instructions. The clerk was visibly annoyed to be helping people and this was not the first time. After waiting my turn I was called to the desk and then told I couldn’t return the item. I was offered no explanation and had to ask why. I was told it needed to be packed in a box. I gestured to the cleanly taped box it was in and was answered with a snarky attitude that it needed to be in the Amazon box with the original label. This didn’t make any sense but I didn’t argue and was going to make the extra trip home to get the Amazon box I still had. Because it was a large and heavy item I asked if it was OK to leave for just a minute while I ran the errand. Again I was met with a snarky response that no I could not leave it there and if I did it would be reported as “abandoned” I took the item back to my car, went home and got the extra box and went back in the store with the item in the second box I was told that was needed. The clerk was even more upset at something by this point and coldly said to just use the self service kiosk. He obviously was having a bad day and took it out on patrons. Bad days are allowed but this wasn’t the first time he was rude to me and I’ve seen it with other customers as well. I used the self service kiosk even though it’s not convenient with large awkward items. It printed the label and said to apply over the old one if necessary, indicating the old label and box were not necessary after all. I put the label on and it’s been a few days but I got confirmation that the return is complete. Not only was I met with hostility, but was made to do unnecessary work.

I always have a great experience at this UPS location. Every time I drop off my Amazon returns or online purchases, the staff is incredibly helpful and efficient. They’re friendly, quick, and always make the process easy—no stress, no hassle

I went here to do a package return and a man with a beard was incredibly unprofessional. An elderly lady ahead of me needed assistance and he just tossed her the customer service number claiming they are a franchise and for her to solve her issues on her own. From my understanding, it was a simple tracking of a package issue.. On top of that, after the elderly lady left the same guy was going to charge me a huge sum for a box after making a big deal about the dimensions of my small to medium sized box. I ended up going to the store down further south and it was a night and day difference. To ownership, please train your employees in regard to professionalism and customer service.

Great customer service experience with Casey! I had two large Amazon boxes to return - so large that I brought my own dolly ! to roll them in. Casey picked up the first one as soon as he saw me coming. When I went back to get the second one, he met me at the door to take over. Much appreciated. Five stars!

OMG I usually hate going to the UPS store but on January 15 I had some Amazon packages to return and the usual staff was not there. When I got out of the car in from of the door Leo was waiting for me at the door asking if he could help me!!!! Chase and Leo proceeded to help me and made my experience quite pleasant! Best staff ever, knowledgeable and they made me feel like they wanted to be there to help me!!! Thanks guys for giving me a great experience!!!!
