I was assisted by a beautiful associate today who was very attentive and helped everyone in the store. It was pretty packed, but she handled it with such grace and kindness and I really appreciate her effort to make my experience a happy one. God bless you all for your hard work.

Ms. Theresa was more than absolutely professional here, she had amazing customer service and just treated us with much respect. My wife and I are more than thankful to have had her for our help here today. We know we'll be recommending this place and coming back for sure because of her. Thank you again

The ladies here are so sweet and helpful. Theresa helped me tonight send a package to Kentucky and she was very very kind. They even gave me a couple of bags to grab candy for my partner and I in honor of Halloween. I love coming here when I need to.

The staff in store are usually great, as for deliveries from UPS in Colorado Springs there is a major disconnect. There seems to be no logic to the delivery routing, and we get to watch this in real time on the app. Every time we are supposed to get any kind of a delivery from UPS we know it's going to take to the end of the window if not after, and we get to watch as the driver comes into the neighborhood (Circle and Airport) and then drives to the other side of town (7 times today) where the truck was in the in neighborhood only to leave, and go somewhere miles away. Since the app updates live, you get to watch this lack of efficiency in real time.

I couldn't possibly be more impressed at how professional and personable the employees are at this UPS location. Whoever hired them definitely knows how to pick winners. Appreciate Jolene and all of you!
