Vanessa was absolutely amazing! She was patient, understanding, and truly went above and beyond to make everything work out for me. She listened carefully to my situation and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help really stood out. Geneva, Joleen and Chad are awesome! The ladies helped me scan my package but my printer sucked with ink. They were so patient and manually typed in some of the numbers while I called him to give numbers. What a team! So comfortable being present in a situation that could have been stressful. THANK YALL SO MUCH:)

Took a package in to have it sent out and forgot to tape the package before I left the house. asked the cashier if she could put a couple pieces of tape on the package was very rudely told that they do not give out free tape anymore and that I would have to pay $1.63 fee just to have my package taped shut. I will use FedEx from now on no longer will I use UPS any company who will nickel and dime their customers just to save a penny is not worth it.

NOT AN US MILITARY FRIENDLY STORE!!!! If I could I would give negative stars. I needed to mail a packet to my child at Ft. Jackson. First he couldn’t figure out how to enter my number. Then stated the recipient wasn’t in the system. Then told them I would have to get it. When I returned he was upset that I asked for a pen and paper to write down the long complicated address. He then magically found the address and refused to change the way it was addressed bc it did not match. Manager got in my face when I told clerk he didn’t need to be snippy. I asked for contact to the management team and she refused and said I could get info from the door. As I was doing that, she then flipped me off.

Customer service is not what this girl is about. This time I asked if she could reseal the bottom a box for me (I had opened in the store to make sure it was the correct item) she wanted to charge me $1 for 6 inches of tape. Next time I will be taking my stuff to Postal Annex.
