Thanks for your response of no help. 1. Your front staff person informed me 15 minutes in after making me wait until he scanned my QR code, that there was a self help kiosk. Maybe he should have told me sooner, as I was obviously waiting to return a no boxed Amazon product. 2 One person in the back was in the phone the other staff was standing there listening and clearly could have helped or directed me to the self help kiosk also. 3. The customer in front of me had to leave the store and said out loud - you go ahead. Your employee literally turned around and walked to get a box instead of quickly helping me OR DIRECTING ME to the self help kiosk. 4. You literally made a lot of excuses for why 3 staff members did not do their jobs correctly or even efficiently for the customer and took zero responsibility. Not surprised I guess. Thanks for your benign and useless response 3 staff in the store. One person on the phone and one person just standing doing nothing. Customer in front of me had to go back out to car and I literally needed a QR scanned to drop a no box return to Amazon and stood waiting for 15 min with a 3 second return. They need to be more customer oriented and not have staff just standing around while customers are waiting for long periods of time for zero reason!!

Jacob is the store manager and runs a good store plus Jacob is customer friendly and knowledgeable. His employee Joyce is also customer friendly and knowledgeable. One couldn’t ask for better people to help oneself when needing shipping or printing

Always fast and exceptional customer service. We do all of our Amazon returns and other parcels and package shipments at this great UPS store located in the King Soopers shopping center at Centennial Blvd and W. Filmore. 5 Thumbs Up!

I just moved to Colorado Springs and I was doing some research on places on where for my mail to be received. Being that I moved from Tennessee, I was expecting the same level of knowledge and service due to being a bigger city. However, that is where it stops, I suppose. After calling around a few places, I was led to believe this UPS Store # 6346 didn’t nickle and dime you for every little thing. I asked on the phone if there were any fees for storing. I got mixed results and didn’t really get a clear and transparent answer. I figured going in person, everything would be solved without worry. However, you will be wrong if you thought that. Once I came in person, I mentioned I wanted a small box, which the price would be $192.00, plus a $27 initial set-up fee. (which includes a Mailbox key fee, access code fee, and other feels associated with opening your Mailbox) I thought that was the end of all the fees since I would be renting a mailbox from the UPS Store. I asked two of the employees on 7-Oct-21 around 3:30 p.m. if there are any fees associated with if you are gone oversees for a couple of months. Their answer, “We don’t have much storage space so we are not sure but you have to ask our manager for the proper response.” Instead of wasting my time and coming into the store, shouldn’t they have told me this from the beginning instead of wasting my time and theirs? After thoroughly inspecting the contract before signing, I found a clause in it that stated, “Packages not picked up within 7 days of notification will be subject to a storage fee of $5.00 per day per package.” This essential meant if you went out of town for work, vacation, oversees, they would royally screw you and rob you blind. I thought the $192 price, plus the set-up fee was the ending of the fees and such. I cannot recommend this business if you are setting up a new mailbox, especially if you will be gone for over 7 days due to work, vacation, and such. It seems they will charge you a fee for every day per package. I would love if the owner would fix this issue within the contract since I’ve seen other UPS Stores really take care of their customers individually depending on their needs. Since the ____ (blanks) on the contract are able to be tweaked and edited, the employees in the store could have helped me out or at least called the owner to make things right. It just seemed the employees either didn’t care, didn’t know or was like whatever. Attached with this 1 star review is the contract with my information blocked out with the highlighted things you need to look at before signing the contract. I made sure to read the contract thoroughly before not signing it. That is when I decided to leave and go to another UPS Store that really took care of me. For anyone else reading this, please be sure to read any and all contracts and be on the look out if the price is too good to be true. Sometimes businesses will try to nickle and dime you to make up for the money they would have made if they overcharged you.

This store has very friendly and efficient employees. Jacob helped me with something fairly complex today and knew exactly what to do.
