Just a simple Amazon return but no, she was making me wait while she did other returns. What a great staff. UPS watch out cus this is your employee.. keeping the score at 3 or lower 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

As you could tell by my screenshot, this customer also had a similar issue with the same worker at this location. The female worker helped me first thing this morning, but was very rude. Kept on telling me to get a box and when I brought the wrong box over, she told me “No the other box.” so I went ahead and said “Why don’t you stop being rude and help me find the right box then.” as soon as I talked back to her She then put on her customer service attitude and started being helpful. This worker should not be exemplifying rude behavior first thing in the morning when the shop opens at seven. Because I walked in at 7 AM when they opened. And all I was doing was dropping off sunglasses to be shipped for repair before my shift. So fix her or fix your store.

I asked Sue to do a simple print job for me. She made me wait 20+ minutes while helping other customers. Then failed to print my job. I had to leave and now I'm missing a deadline. Sue is god awful and technologically inept.

I've given this ups many chances and every time it's disappointing. The last time and my last time I'll be going in, I had amazon returns. I wasn't even done, she could see I had more and she just handed me my receipt and walked away. If you don't wanna do Amazon returns that's fine but your company does. Treating me like garbage serves no one.

Stu at this store is amazing! No matter how long the line or silly the request, she is kind and professional. I don’t know how she does it. Plus, the prices and speed have the USPS lagging far behind.
