If I could rate a zero stars I would, lady behind the counter was rude, (ms mosbey) she tried to charge me 15$ for 5 pieces of black-and-white paper and copied, I told her it was supposed to be 2.99 then another .39 a paper she told me now I was wrong, I came back the next day and I’m no longer welcome, worst experience I’ve had at a ups

I would go to any UPS store other than this one. If the package won't scan, they refuse to use their fingers to type in the tracking number. I know the physical labor of that can be intensive but seems like a pretty basic skill any employee should be able to handle. Every question I heard from another customer was met with a "No, we can't do that." Scanning is the only task they are able to handle. Don't waste your time here.

I highly recommend this place. The beautiful people that work here are always super-kind and respectful. Good people still exist, they work at this UPS store!! Huge shoutout to May- an excellent example of customer service and kindness! I had a rather unique situation that needed to be resolved, and she took care of it with finesse and ease. A huge help and I really appreciate it. Thank you girl fr and thank you UPS. Keep it on the UP!(S)

I recently switched UPS Store locations after the poor new management change to the store I had been going to for 6 years. I decided to try out this location and very happy I did! There were 2 guys working, I came in with an Amazon return and shredding. Guys were very friendly, welcomed me in, and made the transaction fun. I will make the extra 9 minute drive from now on to come to this location - my new shipping store location.

Service is always quick and pleasant at this location. Packages always arrive quickly and in great condition. Prices have gone up everywhere, but I'm always confident I'll get my money's worth at UPS.
