Absolutely terrible experience at UPS on May 31st. There were only three customers in the store, yet it took approximately 45 minutes just to print a single-page shipping label. Instead of helping customers one at a time and moving the line along, everyone was left waiting while one employee slowly worked on a simple print job. What was even more frustrating was that another employee claimed he couldn’t help because he didn’t have access to the computer. If that’s the case, why is there no backup plan to assist customers when the store is busy? A task that should have taken a few minutes turned into nearly an hour of wasted time. The employees appeared untrained, disorganized, and unable to handle even basic customer service responsibilities efficiently. Management should seriously review the training and staffing at this location. Customers deserve better than standing around for 45 minutes waiting for a single page to be printed.

At high velocity, Emma was very patient, thorough, and kind. It was a slight wait, and noticed her positive attitude helping the gentleman with an issue up front. After working with Emma, the wait and money spent seem like nothing. Thank you UPS for having Emma.

Hunter Jim Emma, great customer service. I ship daily and I see them handle customers very professionally, they all are knowledgeable about every customer’s individual needs. They go above and beyond! 😊 I just want to add something, over the past year of shipping daily for my business, I have observed things that a one time customer would not see, and would take as a bad experience. This location is understaffed all the time , the 3 employees that handle my business are very busy, they know the responsibilities of this job and take care of business, answer questions, answer the phone, load pick ups, repackage and take care of customers that are unprepared. I’ve been in customer service for many years, it can get very stressful and push a person beyond what they should have to manage. Being under staffed and adding the stress of the busyness and difficult customers, can make one a little irritated. I’m not excusing any rudeness, that is not acceptable at all but some people should look at the whole picture. This poor person is trying to do 12 things at once and has not had a break or a drink etc for 6 hours, it’s tough!! So for the sake of your business at powers and constitution, you need more help. The employees you have now are really great and professional. But a person should not have to take care of so much alone. These times of rudeness and snapping and rolling of the eyes, understandable because, any great employee, person, has their limits. When you start getting complaints about your “ good” employees, there is a problem and business is going to suffer!

We recently worked with Emma at the UPS store. We walked in the door at 8 AM with a 4’x3’ Canvas painting and needed it wrapped for shipment by 11 AM. We were off to the airport with it. When we returned at 11, she had the painting professionally wrapped with 10 pounds of protection And plenty of fragile stickers. We were very impressed. We were even more thrilled when we arrived home in Florida with the box and painting intact!! Thank you, Emma and thank you UPS packing services.

Awesome UPS store. Emma was extremely patient and helpful when printing some random card stock projects I had. She’s a great worker with exceptional customer service and personal relations skills.
