staff were crazy busy but still really nice and efficient/professional. super convenient kiosk for qr code (like Amazon) returns. parking was really hard to find. never had an issue with someone checking to see if it was paid for or not though 👍 . they have a notary till 7:00 p.m. which is really nice but they charge $10 per signature (free at the bank).

Ramon inappropriatly opened, touched, and looked through my personal belongings multiple times during a simple shipping process, which made me extremely uncomfortable! The employee repeatedly handled items inside my boxes instead of simply asking what was inside! He also constantly and unnecessarily kept measuring boxes while all of them were the same size! I was initially quoted one price, then suddenly given a dramatically higher total after reorganizing the boxes that he kept inappropriatly lokkig through while I was more than transpernt with my belongings! It was very intrusive! The entire experience felt invasive, unprofessional, and unnecessarily stressful. I went to another UPS Store afterward and they handled everything professionally without opening or going through my belongings like Ramon inappropriatly did! 0 stars if I could

Kezie is absolutely fantastic. She is always so efficient, friendly, personable and professional. She manages all queries. She is articulate and fast acting. I use UPS for my business and going to see her for all of my logistics and business needs has been so helpful. She’s a star!

UPS Store #3155 — Brickell, Miami I don’t use the word “stolen” lightly — but three separate drop-off shipments, each valued over $500, went missing at this location before ever being scanned onto a truck. Once is an accident. Twice is a coincidence. Three times is a pattern — and that pattern has a name: grand theft. Every package was dropped off in good faith. None made it to pickup. No tracking updates. No accountability. When I contacted the store directly via email — no response. When I showed up in person, I was met with blank stares, deflection, and a rotating cast of employees who claim to know nothing about anything. There is zero ownership, zero urgency, and zero concern for the customers whose property has gone missing on their watch. What you need to know before using this store: ∙ Your package is not safe here ∙ Management is unresponsive and evasive ∙ There is a clear and documented pattern of high-value shipments disappearing ∙ This matter is being escalated to UPS Corporate, the Florida Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division, and local law enforcement If you are shipping anything of value — drive past this location. Use another UPS Store, FedEx, USPS, or any carrier where your shipment will actually arrive. To anyone reading this who has had a similar experience at UPS Store #3155 — please also file a report.
