They’re friendly, efficient, and somehow always have our shipping labels ready the moment we walk in, which makes our busy days so much easier. Incredible service from Wendy at UPS today! She was so kind, patient, and helpful. I moved from the UK and unfamiliar with the US postal system, I really appreciated the time she took to explain everything. When it comes to customer service, it feels like it’s hard to find in Miami, but here at UPS on biscayne blvd we had the pleasure of being helped by Tatiana. She was quick with resolving a shipping issue and was very pleasant and friendly the whole time. She even helped us save a few dollars by thinking of a smarter shipping method for our item. Thanks to Tatiana, we will be sure to be back at this location. We appreciate you.

Shippings are quite expensive but the service is worth it all!! I didn’t ended up shipping my stuff from UPS, yet the workers were sooooo helpful!! They helped me choose the right box (we tried a bunch), seal everything in bubble paper, and then carrying the súper heavy box to my car again!! Thank you so much! Shoutout to Eddie Janesi and Wendy for their kind help today! You made my day better!
