I visited this UPS Store on Ponce de Leon recently, and while the staff was helpful enough to get my task done, the facility itself felt quite old and dirty. The interior could definitely use a deep clean and a modern refresh to match the professional standards of Coral Gables. It was 'okay' for a quick drop-off because the service was functional, but the grime made it a less-than-pleasant environment to wait in. If you just need a fast shipping label, it works, but don't expect a pristine storefront.

Update: The store’s response is completely inaccurate based on my records. They claim I only contacted them after receiving a renewal notice, but that is not true. Their own agents promised me a 100% refund shortly after the mailbox was opened. In fact, they were refusing to issue the refund until I sent them the emails showing their agents had already promised it. They also claim there was a no-refund policy and a setup fee, but they have provided zero documents showing that I agreed to any such policy or non-refundable fee. The mailbox was never fully activated, I never received keys, and I never had access to use the service. The refund explanation also does not add up. I was charged $411.95, they claimed they refunded $385.20, but only $360.00 was actually credited back. Their statement about keeping taxes also does not make sense, because taxes are normally refunded when a charge is refunded. Instead of giving clear proof or correcting the issue, they responded with misleading claims and inconsistent numbers. This is extremely unprofessional, and I am considering notifying UPS corporate about this location’s handling of the matter. JUST NOTICE HOW THIS STORE DEFLECTS ON EVERYTHING I feel completely misled and taken advantage of by this UPS Store In June 2025, I opened a mailbox and was charged $411.95. The mailbox was never fully activated, and I never received keys, meaning I never had access to use the service I paid for. Shortly after, I contacted the store and was told the mailbox would be canceled and that I would receive a full refund within 1–2 weeks. That did not happen. Despite repeated follow-ups, my refund was delayed for almost a year. In May 2026, the store then claimed they refunded $385.20 and withheld a “setup fee.” However, only $360.00 was actually credited back to my card. I also asked for proof that I signed or agreed to any non-refundable setup fee, but no documentation has been provided. The numbers do not add up: Original charge: $411.95 Claimed refund: $385.20 Actual refund received: $360.00 To me, this feels like a scam because I paid for a mailbox I could never use, was told I would receive a full refund, waited nearly a year, and still did not receive the full amount back. Taking advantage of customers and giving inconsistent refund information is not acceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location AT ALL.

My wife and I always have a really great experience at this store. We went to have documents notarized today, and even though the store was full of customers, Ryan was incredibly calm, helpful and kind as he walked us through the process and never made us feel rushed. It says something when you have a go-to UPS store, and this one is ours. The customer service is always impeccable no matter who helps us, but we really wanted to give Ryan a shout-out for today!

Great option especially for mailing things on Sunday. Never too busy. Parking in front. Staff is nice and attentive.

I've coming to this UPS store in Ponce de Leon C.G. for more than 12 yrs, they are very efficient, helpful, with a smile and even though they have new employees the manager always remember me! It's a great place, and they deserve a big raise!! for all the speed in doing everything with a smile!
