I can’t say enough good things about this UPS Store. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they genuinely seem happy to help every time I walk in. The store is consistently clean, organized, and very well maintained, which makes the whole experience pleasant. Another big plus is their hours — they stay open longer than most other locations, which is incredibly convenient. It’s rare to find a place that combines great service, efficiency, and such a positive atmosphere. Honestly, it’s always a pleasure to come here. Highly recommended.

Dora is incredible and goes above and beyond for shipping a package internationally. She spend a significant amount of time ensuring that the customs form was detailed properly so that the package will ship correctly. I thank her so much for her help!!!

These guys are awesome! My wife and I have been regular customers for a few years. We always receive excellent service regardless of the high volumes they are processing. That takes genuine love and it shows!

Dora at UPS on 41 st in Miami Beach Fl is an amazing patient lady. She has taken time, many times to teach me how to navigate my phone in order to return items. She always does this with a smile & her explanations are easily understood by a novice. I thank her for sparing me embarrassment & wasted time Ty Dora
